Lorenza said she was not satisfied with the quality of the body work. She had it redone after complaining but it is still not to her satisfaction. The vehicle was in a rear end collision so the bumper was replaced and it is not aligned properly with the sides. She was not satisfied with the paint work because there is still a portion of the repair not covered. She does not have the time to go back and have a long wait for the vehicle to have this fixed again. The vehicle was a day late because they were waiting for a part. They did not call her to let her know about the delay. The vehicle was not returned in a clean condition, but she chose not to elaborate. The appearance of the place of business did not meet her expectations because it was in disarray since they were doing renovations and moving from another location. They were sorry and apologetic. She would not recommend this business for service for the reasons mentioned and because she did not want to go to them in the first place. The insurance company, Geico, made her.
