Nancy said it was easy to drop off the vehicle. The repairs took an additional 4 to 5 days but she does not know why. When she picked up the vehicle, it was clean but the back seat head rests had been removed and left on the back seat. They acted weird about it. They said they had to be removed to get into the trunk and that some people don't use them which is why they were not put back.
