Saundra said it was minor things like the hood and the mud slap. She mentioned that the first experience awoken them in the service department because the second time around they did everything from walking around the vehicle to having better customer service.
Saundra said she is not completely satisfied with her overall experience, the quality, courtesy or professionalism because a walk around the vehicle was not done after the repairs were completed. She has noticed some unspecified issues and has called the business several times. When she is transferred to the gentleman handling this situation the line gets disconnected and no one calls her back. She will be taking the vehicle back to the business next week to see if she can get these issues resolved. She will not recommend them to others because of the reasons listed.

After receiving notice of the owner's concerns, I called and spoke to her to go over what they were so we could come up with a resolution. During some of her free time, she stopped by so that any issues were addressed. There was a minor blemish in the hood close to where we painted that may or may not have been pre-extisting. That was taken care of. While here we looked at a couple unrelated issues that she had been dealing with. Things turned out well in the end and it now seems as if there was service needed in the future, she would be happy to come back.
