Dinishiai said they did not keep her updated. She said the brakes are messed up and the vehicle needs a wheel alignment.

Spoke with owner to discuss why she rated the repairs and serive as good but wouldn't recommend us to a friend. She stated that thought she was being asked if she would recommend the insurance company not the shop. She was happy with the service here and would recommend us. The insurance company did not keep her updated and said that they wouldn't pay for the brakes and alignment as part of the loss.
