Carlos said he was very pleased with the work that was done and the way he was treated. He also really appreciates how his vehicle was ready ahead of time and he was kept well informed. However, the interior wasn't clean and they used an oily rag to clean his windows. Where Windex would not get it out, he had to go out and buy a special kind of cleaner to get the oil off.
