Honesty and Integrity! Two days ago they suggested I could get a better price on a muffler replacement at another shop. That other shop gave me great service when I told them I was referred by Buddy and Randy.
Thirteen years ago they also owned an oil change company. That company made a mistake when replacing my gas filter. When I go home and called about the situation they told me to have my car towed to Conway. Conway admitted that oil change person made a mistake. They paid for the tow bill, fixed the problem and apologized a lot for the mistake. I respect be who own up to a mistake and then take responsibility to make it right. Great service for thirteen years now.
