"Aug 2017 "
Good service. Not capable to do alignments or wheel balance. Had to take car after getting serviced to another shop to complete the maintenance. Also tried earlier to make appt online with their website. Found out they can't Check their appt app. So appt never existed. Bummer. Like the service but was a hassle to get all the work done on my car.

"2008 VW EOS Passenger Window and A/C Failure "
Volkswagen parts are extremely over-priced. The window work-around and A/C repair was satisfactory thanks to the service advisor.

Peter said this business is outstanding and he will be back soon for more service. They are better than this big fancy place in town that quoted him double the money and they didn't tell him half of what this business did. Buddy sat him down and told him exactly what was going on with his vehicle. He likes the people and everybody is really friendly. He is very happy with the service and he would highly recommend them to others.

Spoke with Carmen. She said she was surprised at how much the repair cost when she went to pick up her vehicle. Also, she did not get a clear answer as to why the repairs were so high.

Carmen came to the shop asking if we could look at why the windshield wipers would not work. The technician pulled the vehicle in and immediately saw that someone had used zip ties and JB Weld on the windshield wiper linkage. Wrote up an estimate then told Carmen that we had to replace the entire windshield linkage and gave her the price. The technician then showed her what he had found. Carmen then stated she was not going to put anymore money into the vehicle. She then got into the vehicle and drove off without paying anything or even asking if there was any money due for the checkover.

Crystal said this business has fair pricing and they helped her save some money. When she dropped her vehicle off on a Friday they told her it would be ready in 8 hours, she was not aware that they're not open on weekends. They did not finish on time and she was without her vehicle until Monday.

"Best place for Subarus"
They are always able to fix my Subaru (unlike any other shop in town). I'm sure I'll use them again!

From the phone call to ask for service to the completion of what I needed, these guys were professional and friendly even though the parking lot was undergoing re-paving. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I had no idea how much I was going to spend for the service. Maybe I should've asked; I didn't. When I called and was told the service was available he never quoted me a basic $
