Brake problem
2 independent mechanics have shared that they know my make/model of Elantra has brake issues, the calipers need to be lubricated far more often than typical cars. I have had my brakes replaced once already and I note that on the form from the service techs, the front brakes are labeled fail.
I have driven cars for 100 k miles and have kept the ORIGINAL brake pads and rotors. So it is not my driving. If you check back, you will see that I submitted the receipt for the first replacement. I am very upset that that they need further care. This is a problem with the car that I sincerely hope you will own up to and make right.
I hope to hear from you soon to tell me the brake pads and caliper care is going to be free, since I do not feel that I should be doing this again so soon. Thank you.
I’m am very satisfied in all other aspects of the car and service.
