Janie said this business told her what was wrong with her vehicle and how much it would cost to fix it. She said she had to pay more than the initial quote and when she asked the person who helped her with everything why she was being charged more he told her they had to put her vehicle on a machine for a diagnostic. She said she doesn't believe they did a diagnostic because he told her what was wrong with the vehicle when she brought it in and they repaired the issue that he told her about. She said she thinks they were trying to get one over on her because she is a woman. She said during her most recent visit they told her she needed to have the rotors changed, but she declined because her brakes don't make any noise and her vehicle does not indicate that there is anything wrong with it. She said she feels they are always trying to get more money from her and she doesn't have any money. She said during a previous visit for an oil change they told her she needed to have her fluids flushed, but she declined at that time. She said her husband used to work for a dealership and he told her she didn't need to have the fluids flushed. She previously only ever brought her vehicles to this business for oil changes and other services and they were good. She said her most recent visit was the first time she has come to this business to repair anything.
