Mary said she had the wreck on New Years' Eve and she just got the vehicle back. There was a problem with the parking brake module and the business had to order two different ones thinking the first was defective. The problem with the module was that no one knew how to program it after it was installed. It was programmed right, but it kept giving the wrong codes. This went on for a while, even after the business got other technicians involved. She is upset because of the length of time it took with no progress. Her vehicle was there for a long time and other vehicles kept coming in. She said she felt her vehicle was pushed to the back so they could take care of others first. Justin tried to help her out a lot, but her vehicle was at the business for ten weeks.
