Ken said that his vehicle was ready when they said and they did a good job. He also commented when he called up to check if his vehicle was ready one of the guys he spoke with didn't have any idea what he was talking about and that was a little upsetting. They did end up getting him in touch with the guy who was doing the work and it worked out. He chose not to evaluate the quality of the repair.
