Melinda stated she had received two estimates from her insurance company and when she called to pick up her vehicle, the estimate was $140 more than what she was initially told because the associate said he needed to repair the vehicle the way the insurance company wanted him to. She also mentioned she was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because the business was hard to get a hold of.
