Anita said the business used to have a good adjuster, but the current adjuster did not keep in contact with her or get back to any of her messages. She left a message for the adjuster on the day before her appointment and went in the day of her appointment, but nobody was there. She left another message a few days after the original call with no response from the business. There was no communication with her and her vehicle makes a rattling noise when she is stopping. She would not recommend them for the reasons already mentioned.
