Keith said he was satisfied with the work completed on his vehicle, but there was a week and a half delay because of parts. One of the parts that the business ordered came in damaged and they had to reorder it. He was only somewhat satisfied with how the employees kept him informed during the repair process. He was not kept completely updated on a regular basis. He was not satisfied with the communication because they could have kept him better informed as to the progress of the repair as well as any delays.
