Ben said this business was a little slow. He said he was satisfied with the quality of the repair but they did not use the glass he was expecting them to use. They left some broken glass in the trunk and the trunk now squeaks when it is being used. His vehicle was late by one week and he was not told why. He is unsure if he was kept adequately informed or if he was satisfied with their communication because they did not return one of his calls. He is unsure if he was satisfied with the person who prepared his estimate because he mostly dealt with his insurance company. He is unsure if he was satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel because he did not have a lot of contact with them.
