Robert said they have messed up on some things. Some moldings were left off and the battery died. The headlights were left on. They ordered extra parts and it was about two weeks longer. When it comes to his satisfaction with the way he was kept informed along with the communication, he constantly called to see what was happening. Regarding the guy who did the estimate along with the guys with the insurance was not coordinating well. It worked out eventually. The reason he would not recommend this business is due to all the problems he has had. It includes the customer service being not good and all kinds of issues. The guy he was dealing with was let go.
