Brian said the work by this business was good, however, when he got the estimate done, the person who prepared his estimate was on his last day and it seemed like he did not care. He was given an estimate of two days by that person. Someone from the business called him the next day to tell him that it was actually going to take seven days and it was going to cost $1,000 more than the original estimate which he was not very happy about.
