Carol said she felt like this business took longer than they should have. She was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because there is wax on the plastic molding of the back wheel and there is a roaring noise while she drives. She spoke to someone at BMW and he asked her to bring her vehicle to them first to see if they could take care of those issues because they sent her vehicle out to be repaired. Her vehicle was a week late because they were waiting on a door handle. She was unsure why they ordered the part so late because she could see it was damaged in pictures. She was not kept adequately informed. She had to call to inquire about the status of her vehicle. In the three weeks this business had her vehicle they never called her. She was not satisfied with the communication and she will not recommend this business for these reasons.
