The Worst
I went here because my Civic lost a wheel after a faulty tire rotation. I was driving when it happened so my car suffered significant damages to the tune of $3000. The company that did the rotation paid for all damages, but Crest took a solid month to finish the repairs. When we went to pick it up, it was making an awful noise. Obviously something was wrong. We immediately took it back and found out that the wheel barrings needed to be replaced. I could have lost a wheel AGAIN. It took another week to fix THAT problem, and my car was filthy when we finally got it back. I read so many good reviews, I couldn't believe what a horrible experience we had.
