Mackenzie said she was not kept adequately informed during the repair process as she never once received a call throughout the three weeks the business had her vehicle. She said she was not satisfied with the business' communication as they gave her a late notice the day her vehicle was ready and since she was on a trip she had to keep the rental vehicle forfive extra days.
