Brenda said there was a scratch and a dent on the door of her vehicle from hail. They said they would buff it and they didn't. Her vehicle was ready 4 or 5 days later than promised and she does not know why, but she assumed it was because of the work load due to the hail. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process and she does not know why. She would not recommend this business to others because of the reasons already stated. It seemed like when she talked to other people that they got better service elsewhere and they did not have to pay taxes, but she had to pay $33 in taxes for her rental vehicle.

Brenda we apologize that your insurance company did not agree that hail scratched your car and that your rental car coverage does not fully cover the price of rental cars. Your vehicle was delayed due the incredible work load that the hail storms generated, this is not the normal type of service that we provide. Please know that we are as upset over these issues as you.
