Delores said this business was good, but at times it was difficult to get into contact with them. There were additional supplements so her vehicle was late about a week or more. They did not contact her about the delay. This business was not able to estimate the cost for the repairs because 2016 vehicles were not yet in the system. She was not satisfied with the communication for the reasons mentioned.
