Basem said the repair took a very long time. The vehicle sat for about two weeks. It sat for 7-8 of those days. When he received the vehicle there was writing on the windows. He was not kept updated. He expressed that he felt the employees did not care because when he called for an update he did not get the original person he had talked to and they could not help him.
