Francisco said this business could have done a better job if they would have been more professional. He was not kept informed and he had to contact the business to find out what was going on with his vehicle. He was told his vehicle would be ready in a week, but they contacted him and told him it would be another week. He was not satisfied with the person who prepared his estimate as a result of the delay. He is unsure of the reason for the delay.
