Jodi said this business had her vehicle for over four weeks and she had a hard time with Nate. She was told there was a parts delay and then that they were send the wrong bumper. The communication was good at first, but then it died off. She was not pleased with the voice message left by Nate. Upon picking up the vehicle, she was not acknowledge until Ray came in. The quality of the work was great, but she would only recommend them if Ray was involved with the repair.
