Brooke said it took longer than she initially thought it would. The estimator told her she ordered the bumper and it would be a same day service. When she called the business later that day to see if the part arrived, the estimator told her she had not ordered it yet and she should probably get a rental vehicle. She brought the vehicle in on Monday and did not get it back until Thursday. Her husband had to call the business fairly often for updates. In the end everything worked out.
