Brad said he was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because they did not finish the repair. The interior dash and the body frame by the windshield is still damaged. It took 1 month longer, but he does not know the reason why it was delayed. He was not kept informed because he had to call himself most of the time. He does not know why they did not keep him informed. That is also the reason why he was not satisfied with the personnel and communication. He does not know why he was not satisfied with the person who prepared his estimate. He said he didn't have a pleasant experience overall. Those are also the reasons why he would not recommend this business to others.

Brad I want to apologize for the bad experience. I know that we have a dash cluster on order that has not yet arrived. We along with every other collision center in the south east have been completely overloaded with work due to the hail storms in Knoxville and Nashville. Your experience is not typical of the normal service that provide under normal work loads. We are working hard to resolve your issues as well as many of our other customers.
