Lauran said there was a lack of communication from this business. She had to contact the business herself to get any information and it took one month for the them to give her an estimate. She is unsure as to why her vehicle was not ready when promised. She does not recall how late it was. She said she felt she was not kept adequately updated and she was not satisfied with the communication.
