Nagrishna said this business took too long to complete a small repair. There was no promise date given but the repairs took 20 days to complete. He had to call or email every day to get up dates on the progress of the repairs, he never got a call back and the one email he received did not give any information about the repairs. The person that complete the estimate was not prompt and does not respect the customer. They do not care about their customers. He never got greeted while he was there, one gentleman walked right past him without saying a word to him.
