Anthony said overall it was a good experience. The technician emailed several times and he felt very informed. He did not speak with the business. When he picked up the vehicle the receptionist said her vehicle is out back in the parking lot. They did not look over the vehicle with him or drive it to the front for him. He heard them tell other customers this too. He said he thought that was surprising and they should have the technicians pull the vehicles in front.
