Amy said they didn't repair the rear bumper correctly. She said she can see where the work was done and how the sides of it comes out. She said they probably took three days longer than promised because they were detailing the vehicle. She kept calling them for updates and the person she dealt with was rude. She said there was another estimate done by a woman from this business prior to the final estimate that was totally different. She said if she had known Brian wasn't there she would have taken the vehicle to where the insurance recommended. She said they have always been the best to her before now. She would not recommend this business, but she chose not to elaborate.
