Valeria said her vehicle was six days late and she was not given a reason why. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because no one called her and no one kept her informed. She was not satisfied with the communication because they did not keep her informed. She would not recommend this facility to others because she was not kept informed. She also mentioned there were extra miles used on her vehicle.

Valeria, I want to apologize for the poor communication from my staff and from your insurance company. The reason that your car was six days late was due to additional damages identified during the repair process. We have to wait for the insurance company to authorize the damage and at that point they are supposed to call you to let you know that additional damages were found and that they authorized the shop to repair all damage. As to the extra miles that were on your car, I believe that is because you aked us to pre-order your parts on July the 7th (the mileage on the car the date that the repair order is open is what we record) and the car was not brought in until July the 18th. This may explain the extra mileage as we have no need to drive our customers cars other than for a short test drive to make sure the repairs are correct.
