Keisha said she did not have any complaints about the business and the staff was honest. Ter vehicle was delayed 2 weeks because when the part they ordered came in, a staff member dropped it so they had to reorder the part. She was not informed that her vehicle would take 5 weeks to repair. She said she chose the facility because the are Mercedes certified.
