Jessica said this business did a great job on the work but she was not satisfied with the employee she worked with. There was no promise of time and she had to keep calling the employee she worked with to receive updates. They only called her back one time out of the many she called them. This business also never let her know that she should be looking for a check from the insurance company or what to expect in general.
