Tara said she was somewhat satisfied with this business' communication. She was told she would get a call on Monday about the status of a part they ordered, but no one called her. On Tuesday she called this business, but they didn't have any information about the part and they called her on Wednesday with a status report. This business was efficient, they fit her into their schedule, and the prices were reasonable. She said they were sensitive about her cost concerns, they figured out how to do a funny repair, and they gave her children toys to play with while she waited.
