Burnus said the repair took a long time for the type of repair it was. He was told the vehicle would be ready on Friday but when he went to pick it up, it still needed a wheel alignment. His vehicle was ready Monday but he could not find where it was parked and had to go find the manager which took 20 minutes of his time. Taylor was a little rough around the edges.
