Craig said the experience was horrible. He said this was the worst experience he has ever had. It took them forever to repair his vehicle because they kept finding things that were wrong and they had to order more parts. He said he had to wait two additional weeks for his vehicle. He said they did not keep him adequately informed. They only called him once and they sent him one email. He was not satisfied with the person that prepared his estimate because he was told different things and they were backlogged. He said he was not satisfied with the communication because he spoke more with the insurance company than he did with this business. They had his vehicle for over 30 days and he is not sure why. He would not recommend them because of this experience.
