Janet said she was not happy with this business and the time it took for them to complete the repair on her vehicle. She was unsure about the quality of the repair because she has only had her vehicle back for 2 days. It took this business 5 months to complete the repair and it was actually over 30 days past the promise date. They had to go back to the insurance company twice to get the remainder of the work approved that had been missed the first time. She had to constantly contact them because they did not keep her informed at all during the process. The person that had prepared the estimate had missed over $20,000 of work that needed to be done. She was not happy with their communication at all, because she always had to contact them. She stated she had to recommend this business for service, even though their customer service was terrible, because they are the only certified Audi repair facility in her area.
