Shirley said she would have liked to have been kept better informed during the repair. The repair was promised to be completed on a certain day, but was changed a few times.Tthe promise time was not kept. The vehicle was completed several days later than it had been promised. The vehicle had to be taken to the dealership, and it remained there longer than what had been expected. There was also a delay caused by the weather. She said when she expected to be called back by the facility all of the calls were not returned. The estimate was done through her insurance company, so she was not involved with it.
