Bob said they went out of their way. The insurance wasn't going to pay for a part. The insurance said just fix it. The business said it had to have a new part or it would look awful. Jim said he would handle it with the insurance. It worked out great. There was no promised time. He said he knew from the beginning it was going to take time. They told him that from the start. He was fine with that. He had no communication with them as he only worked with Jim. He said he had also purchased an extended warranty when he bought his vehicle from them for $1,000 or $2,000. They said it would cover anything that needed to be covered. When he tried to have some dents taken care of they said they could do that but wouldn't paint it. He wasn't pleased with that since he was told the warranty would take care of everything.
