Julie said she is happy with the work and they do a good job. They misplaced a piece on her vehicle, where her trailer hitch is, and they informed her, they are contacting the insurance in regards to getting this taken care of. She is waiting to hear back from them. Her vehicle took nearly 2 to 3 days longer, which she mentioned was out of their control, because they ordered a foreign part that was delivered broken causing them to have to reorder the part.
