Chris said he was not satisfied with the quality of the repair and the vehicle was not ready when promised because the repairs were not done correctly. He chose not to elaborate on the length of the delay or what was wrong with the repairs. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process and he would not recommend this facility to others because his phone calls were not being returned until after he spoke with Carl and Keith. He stated that they were very professional and he was given fabulous service.

Chris it always frustrating when someone breaks in your car and vandalizes your personal property. It is also difficult to determine what was and what was not damaged, that is why we have to depend on the insurance companies to identify all damages the first time around. I was glad that I was able to assist in resolving all of your issues, thank you for allowing me to help!
