Chika said her vehicle was late because of a parts delay, but did not say how late. She did not speak with anyone at this business or meet with the person that prepared her estimate. She went to this business this time, because she liked the person she previously dealt with for his customer service, but since he doesn't work at this business anymore, she is not sure she will return.
