George rated his overall experience a 2 because they promised the repair to be ready in 6 weeks and it was done in 3 months. He said he was satisfied with the repair but there is a rattle on the roof and he is taking it to where he purchased the vehicle. The repair was not done in time and there were different ready dates and different reasons for the delay and one of them was the parts not being available. He had to make several calls regarding the repair status because they didn't keep him updated. Therefore, he wasn't satisfied with their communication. Due to this experience, he wouldn't recommend this business to others.

George we do apologize for the the delays and are sure glad that the Hail storm damages are almost behind us all. The storm damage has been one of the biggest challenges that we have faced in a long time. Please let us know what we can do about the rattle, we will be glad to assist in any way possible. Hopefully you will not need to visit a body shop again, but if you do perhaps the body shops in the Knoxville area will be more accommadating to there local customers.
