Julie said the business did a great job on the repair, but the work took longer than promised and the rental coverage ran out. The business picked up part of the rental fee because of the delay. The repair took about a week and a half longer than planned and she was told by the insurance carrier that there was a parts delay. They did not contact her during the repair. She and she did not receive any information regarding the estimate. She said she had sent an email to the person regarding the diminished value of the vehicle and he responded that a different person at the business was in charge of that and they would get information for her, but she never received that information.
