Spoke with Alice. She said she has not had time to check the quality yet. There was a problem with something being loose under the front end. Anything that's wrong they will make right. They did pretty well. She was not kept informed because they didn't call her. She said the estimate lined up just fine with the insurance. She is not satisfied with their communication because she doesn't know what repairs they did.
