Itay said he didn't rate his overall experience with this business higher, because everyone lied to him. They promised Itay he would get his vehicle back in 2 weeks, but they had it for 4 weeks. He explained every day they would tell him he would get his vehicle back the following day, but he wouldn't get it back. Itay pointed out they told him at one point his vehicle wasn't ready because they were understaffed. Itay remarked being understaffed was also a lie. A deer hit Itay's vehicle, and when he dropped off his vehicle he asked the person who prepared his estimate if they were going to check out the alignment. She assured him they would. When Itay picked up his vehicle he asked her if the alignment had been checked out, and she answered yes. He said after he picked up his vehicle the alignment was off, and hadn't been fixed. They also painted his bumper, and even though he doesn't know why his bumper was painted, it wasn't a good paint job. Itay spoke with his insurance adjuster about the alignment needing to be fixed. His insurance adjuster told him to have the dealership fix the alignment, and assured him the insurance would cover the work. Because of the above issues, he was not satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel, and he won't recommend this business to others.

Itay as you know we had many delays waiting on insurance authorization. We asked to have the vehicle taken to Mercedes up front to check the alignment and was told that a deer hit should not have affected the alignment, by your insurance company. You also said that this was just a small accident involving a deer. You also stated that you did not think there was much damage done. The total cost of your repair was $8345.40 which would be considered a large repair in our industry. I personally got involved with your repairs once your wife contacted me and if you remember was present when you picked your vehicle up. I am surprised to read your comments as your expressed nothing but complements that day. If you are not happy with any portion of the repairs, we are here to serve you. Please let me know how I can assist in resolving any issue that you may have.
