Susan said the work was fabulous. She would recommend the business to people using their own insurance. The personnel communicated closely with the insurance. The insurance company, which was not hers, did not care about updating her. She primarily dealt with one person at the business. When she did get hold of him, he was wonderful. He did not keep her informed or communicate by calling her. Her vehicle had been T-boned. After replacing both driver's side doors, the repairs were 17 days late due to door latch parts. They had to try 3 or 4 of them.
