Spoke with Twila. She said the work was not done as well as expected. She had used this business before and the work was fine in the past, but not this time. She said the work took a lot longer than expected. She was not satisfied with the body work and the paint work. There were some problems inside the door jam. The back door handle did not work. There were screws and clips left on the floor and there were places where they did not even paint. They did not scrape the paint, they just painted over it. The vehicle was not ready when promised. They told her the work would take a week, but they had the vehicle for almost one month. They told her there was an insurance company delay. They kept pushing back the due date. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process. She had to call for information and spoke with Jim. She said they did not call and keep her informed. She will not recommend this business based on this experience.
