Peggy said she wasn't happy because the business wouldn't guarantee their work. After she paid them, they asked her to sign paperwork saying they didn't provide a guarantee. She indicated she received her vehicle on time, however they didn't wash or detail it. She contacted the business about the progress, but they didn't return her calls. Peggy said she wouldn't recommend the business based on the previous reasons.
